1. Indoor Carpet Testing Condition
We kindly request that all gentlemen try on their newly arrived shoes exclusively on soft carpeted surfaces. Goodyear welted leather soles are porous and will easily scratch on hardwood, tile, or pavement. Soles showing indentations or street wear cannot be accepted for refund.
2. Refund Processing Time
Upon arrival at our London or New York quality control bench, returned pairs are inspected within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment instrument within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Included Accessories
Returned footwear must include the original presentation box, cloth travel bags, and the matched pair of red cedar shoe trees.
