1. Benchmade Craftsmanship Standards
Every pair of footwear commissioned from Harrison Bull is handmade utilizing 360° Goodyear welted construction, natural granulated bark cork filler, and full-grain bovine or equine leathers. Because leather is an organic material, natural grain variations, pull-up nuances, and light marbling are the authentic hallmarks of Grade-A tanneries and are not considered defects.
2. Ordering & Payment Security
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All transactions are securely processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. No raw cardholder credentials are stored on our servers.
3. Sizing & Fit Guarantee
We offer a complimentary 30-day size exchange on all unworn footwear tried solely on carpeted indoor surfaces. Outsoles with street scuffs or wear marks cannot be accepted for full exchange.
4. Lifetime Resoling Privilege
Goodyear welted shoes purchased through Harrison Bull carry lifetime access to our atelier resoling workshop at subsidized artisan rates. The customer is responsible for inbound postage to the London or New York facility.
